Construction Phase

  • Schedule construction
  • Review and process all shop drawings
  • Make daily on-site inspections of the construction project

  • Provide a monthly cost accounting draw summary to client and financial institution
  • Prepare change orders as necessary
  • Review all contractor requests for payment and collect all lien waivers

Post-Construction Phase
