Project Management for Construction Projects

PCI – Professional Consultants, Inc. is a Project Management firm serving Wisconsin. We act as a Project Manager/Owner’s Agent for the construction process. This unique agency relationship allows all aspects of a project to be managed for the owner’s best interest. The first concern in fiduciary and oversight aspects of the project, is the owner’s best interest.

PCI is a Project Manager for Commercial, Industrial and Residential construction projects. We utilize our extensive experience in all phases of your project development. We manage your project from concept to completion. We navigate and protect our clients interests throughout project design, budgeting, governmental approvals and construction. .

PCI assumes responsibility for evaluating bids for construction work, awarding contracts, and monitoring work performed. However, different from a typical contractor, we work on a flat-fee, per-project basis for the entire project, not just the construction phase.
